Searches and recorded keys

Search terms and shortcut combinations are processed in your browser. The site does not transmit them to an analytics service or application server. Recording starts only after you activate the recorder and ends when you stop, move focus away, or capture two combinations.

Cookies and browser storage

This version sets no cookies and stores no preferences in local storage. Search state can appear in the URL fragment after the # symbol so it can be revisited. Fragments are not included in HTTP requests, but are visible to anyone with whom you share the link and may remain in your browser history.

Hosting

Your hosting provider receives ordinary requests for pages and assets. Depending on the provider’s configuration, logs may contain IP addresses, timestamps, requested paths and browser information.
